I love playing games! I thought other people would do too… The ides of this computer game so that players can do my work for me (kind of)…

My plan is to design a game where users will treat diseases of the heart called arrhythmias. The hearts of people who suffer from arrhythmias does not beat regularly, which can make them really ill. One way of treating these diseases is using a medical procedure called catheter ablation. In this procedure, doctors burn little patches of the heart to destroy the abnormal electrical circuits that cause the arrhythmias. The problem is nobody knows where in the heart to ablate! In the computer game, users will have a go at finding the best areas to ablate in each heart. I will record each player’s solution and therefore learn from the winner where we should be ablating.

I hope I have convinced you to play the game and help us figure out how best to treat arrhythmias.
