      Improving the immune system is a tricky one.

      The immune system is actually kind of like a pet in that we can train it how to respond to certain signals from the outside world but instead of being treats or toys these signals are things like a virus or a bacteria. Sometimes the immune system can get it wrong and respond to the wrong kind of signals, this is how we get allergies; as the immune system starts responding to things like dust or proteins in peanuts.
