• Question: Over 20 years ago, neurosciences discovered that humans and other animals experience a rapid increase in brain connectivity -- an burst of synapse formation. my question to YOU is; is it possible to rewrite or 're code' the human synapses? to change the way our brains not only function but the way we think, feel and effect the actions we do on a day to day basis.

That is a fantastic question – you are definitely thinking ahead into the future. The answer is that the more we learn about the genetics of how and why are brains develop the way that they do the more potential that we have for being able to change that in some way. I think that in the future we will be able to re-code how our brains are wired but the question is should we? Would that be an ethical thing to do?
